HLA and Transplant Immunology Department performs complete range of tests required for solid organ transplants, hematopoietic stem cell transplants including those for post-transplant monitoring , for disease association as in cases of Coeliac disease, Bechet’s disease, and Narcolepsy. The tests include low- and high-resolution HLA typing, Flowcrossmatch , CDC crossmatch, Luminex based assays for presence and specification of HLA -Class 1 and 2 IgG antibodies and Luminex crossmatch (DSA).
